Panic button, Maximum Caution, immediately shut down operations
Person calling must specificy duration of break, otherwise until the caller manually declares the end of red flag
Session resumes after break ends
Both parties should be using that time to reassess and recollect themselves
Specifically value neutral, does not assign fault
Conversation to proceed with Emotions Check and peaceful discussion of the incident
