Ban the mover¹⁾ was a phrase from a DougDoug livestream while playing Twitch Plays Super Mario Party. The premise - of handing out severe penalties for an action that is typically completely fine but temporarily undesired and exclaiming that severe punishment as if that action was an obviously severe infraction even under normal conditions - is funny and I always wanted to use that setup as a joke myself, but always forget that I want to do it, in part because I'm forgetful, in part because of the complexity of the setup.
