Those usually tend to reuse wordings from the original video or article they watched/heard/read (which makes it very easy to find out just where they got their knowledge from) and, when further dissected, will always point you to the original source (like the YouTube video they watched) because they //do not// actually understand the "knowledge" they are regurgitating.((I, in fact, lacking significant education in, well, everything, do not understand them either (and most of the time the videos just don't go beyond the absolute minimum depth required to make a point, [[ramblings:start#mission_statement|just like this wiki]]), but at least I don't run around heralding these insights as major revelations or go on to preach about them as if I had actually understood them.  In general, though, these levels are actually kind of interesting as they show how critical thinking and conclusions/positions of people develop over the time, in many cases in patterns that are widely observed. Most people will run through these levels in that order (with some of them taking wrong turns at some levels, that's a [[statistical inevitability]]) and I find it interesting to find out where people are these developments. It's //particularly// interesting because these "levels" exist for //most// baseline insights that a person will gain throughout their lifetime.

It is totally not run by insectoids and it really digs into the "quotes can change your life" nonsense narrative. You know, you can solve your problems by just thinking about your life in a way in which your problems look like they're solved. Hunger isn't a problem if you realize that human life is meaningless, so it doesn't matter whether you live (and die) in pain :). I think it's good satire that attacks the "it's all about your mindset" narrative that seems to be pervasive in society. Depressed? Just smile a bit more! The kinds of things your mom would send you to "help you", while completely missing the entire point of what it means to be genuinely unwell.
