+In personal interactions with other people, when I initially notice a problem, the first expression of that to other people may be a //Notice//. It informs of a potential problem and serves as a heads up for other people that there is additional context that I will be considering. Many observations may be communicated with a notice and just because it is noted does not mean the other person needs to do something about it. In fact, many observations will just be an observation and remain that way while I continue to analyze situation to figure out where it comes from and what needs to be done about it. Typically this is very open ended and can always mean that if anything needs to be done in the first place, there are always odds that I conclude it's something //I// need to work on on my own, things that aren't the responsibility of other people and aren't in their particular interest either((Ie. don't have the potential to escalate. If it's not their responsibility but it can still escalate then it can always still proceed further.)).
