Red Flag
- Procedure -
- Session suspended
- Panic button, Maximum Caution, immediately shut down operations
- Person calling must specificy duration of break
- Session resumes after break ends
- Both parties should be using that time to reassess and recollect themselves
- Specifically value neutral, does not assign fault
- Conversation to proceed with peaceful and careful discussion of the incident
