This is why that list contains a variety of traits that you wouldn't use anymore these days and which I too will probably never use.

+This is purely for informational purposes and has nothing to do with the person's personality. Or, not inherently, anyway. While they may have a personality that naturally makes me uneasy, I use this flag to mark people who I'm generally uncomfortable around for any kind of reason. Typically it is because it is a person that I don't know and where I am worried that I could leave a negative impression of me. Most people I don't really care too much about whether their impression of me is positive or very positive, but with some people I feel like it matters, and - because my impression on others is largely out of my control (all I can do is being honest to god and not hurt people) - that makes me uncomfortable.

If one is painless, they do not ever get this feedback, fail to see that something is wrong and have no impetus to make lasting changes to their behavior. Actual, physical pain might be the only last thing still reaching their brain.
