-This setup, ie. two curly brackets, then "page" then ">" followed by the name of the page and finally two closing curly brackets is how you insert pages into other pages. The ENTIRE page will be inserted, which means that if you haven't already removed the different boxes and everything I added to the template page, it will show it all here. Eventually you want the page to insert to only contain the content you want to insert, ie. the disclaimer box.

-There are no "Create New Page" buttons. You enter the link of where you want stuff to be, ie. if you want to create a page about altruism you would go to ultracomfy.net/piouslittlechristiangirl/altruism (or something like /An_Essay_About_Emotions_Based_Altruism or so) and just click the "Edit this page" button.
-Basic text formatting can be done from the toolbar above this text field. B I U TT SS, etc., the buttons up there. I encourage you to get familiar with the <WRAP></WRAP> plugin using its documentation: https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:wrap, which also explains you how to make boxes and stuff.
