S5-Consequences
- Procedure -
The entire conflict resolution system is designed from the ground up to facilitate peaceful coexistence even between people with small to medium differences and typically works if all involved parties are capable of and open to conversation-based conflict resolution approaches. Failing this1), or if the problem at hand exceeds the capability of what conversations can solve, it is time to give up and minimize the damage through other, more forceful means.
Minimizing damage does not mean punishing the other person. The primary intent is always to reverse and minimize damage, even if in some rare cases this implies penalizing consequences. Consequences are a last resort, the result of unsuccessful peaceful conflict resolution and realizing that they have no other way than to minimize damage through consequences.
S5's are not hostile and - while irreversible - always open to deliberation.
