S4-Final

If a problem develops to a point where immediate course correction is needed to avert serious damage, I may issue a S4-Final. While I try to solve problems without doing more than issuing warnings, there are limits to that approach, and that limit is the Final Warning.
The Final Warning serves as a point of no return and indicates the last possible chance for course correction, an opportunity that most people deserve. This opportunity presents itself as a conversation in which I am as open and patient as possible to discuss the problem, in whole, in the best faith effort possible. This best faith effort is a social play as much as it is legal, as - in the case that this conversation fails to bring about the necessary change - this conversation is my security for when consequences ensue. It is my protection for when I'm asked whether I even tried to solve the underlying problem. While Notices, Warnings and Repeated Warnings are all good faith attempts on my end to solve a problem, by being extremely pro forma and deliberately open and patient with the Final Warning I make an undeniable and undoubtable case that I did genuinely try to solve the problem before moving on1).
And moving on I will. If this warning is ignored or otherwise neglected, consequences will happen. The exact nature and extend of the potential consequences are ideally discussed during the conversation that the Final Warning is intended to open, and once commenced the consequences will apply immediately and irreversibly. There is no going back.
